By a special resolution of the board on 20th Nov. 2007 the company name was changed to BARON DEVELOPMENTS LTD.
In its Twenty-Six (26) years of operation, BARON delivered quality services to private and corporate clients, institutional and statutory organizations.

BARON Services in it's years of operation had been focused on development consultancy and engineering / construction services offered to high net worth individuals. corporate bodies and ministries/departments/agencies of the federal government of Nigeria. Recently, the company re-strategized to include allied services targeted at widening it’s scope of operations across the infrastructure and industrial development landscape.
